Staff was exceptionally welcoming and kind, helped us troubleshoot some issues. Location of the hotel is near the Osmanbey subway station, we used the subway throughout our whole trip, without having to use a taxi a single time. There is an elevator, it’s convenient, even though we stayed on the second floor. Breakfast buffet was pretty much the same every day, but still very tasty.

Since this was a 3-Star hotel I wasn’t expecting much. However, this property has exceeded all my expectations. Aside from the excellent location, the level of hospitality shown by the staff was something I have never encountered in all my years of Travel. The staff particularly Tolga and Murat were helpful beyond all levels of expectations. As a solo traveler they made me feel right at home. I encountered a problem with my departure flight and they went beyond all miles imaginable to accommodate me. I 100% recommend! I loved every minute of my stay. They were incredibly kind and generous with their time and hospitality.

A wonderful hotel, for such a price, excellent service and in the center of the city, the metro is 1 minute walk away. A delicious breakfast is served every morning. Thanks a lot to all the staff, cleaning was done every day, disinfection is also carried out. Special thanks to the receptionists, they are very polite and will always help and prompt. Mr. Murat, thank you for your help and responsiveness, we will return to your hotel again for you!) thanks to you, our vacation was a 100% success. We recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone!

Mr. Murat was super helpful & kind, he guided us through our stay in istanbul. We can't thank him enough for his support & kindness. He even helped us plan our days & trips and made them very enjoyable. Every day, he was drawing maps to guide us to our destination. Also the rest of the team were very kind and helpful. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was very nice. Most importantly, the team's response in handling our requests was very quick & accurate. Finally, this trip wasn't going to be that fun & amazing without Mr. Murat's help, support & guidance ❤

The second time booked there and experience is still amazing. Great value for service. Staff are super, super nice and always ready to help with everything. Facilities are good and special thanks to all breakfast and cleaning staff. Thank you specially to Mr. Ümit (a gentleman always happy and smiling). See you next time🙏

The best part of our trip in Istanbul was, undoubtedly, finding this Hotel. The Staff, especially the Manager, were incredible to us. 5 star hotel treatment! Everything was perfect and we will recommend this place to everyone we know! I would like to thank one more time to Mr Murat (manager) for having such a good and pure heart in a city full of greediness. We will never forget him.

Everything was excelent. These are the highlights: - The staff was very nice and helpful - The place is located close to the metro station, 24h grocery stores and restaurants that are open until late About the room: - the bed was very confortable -also the bathroom was large, with heated floors and the best shower I've seen in a hotel -they gave you many towels

Convenience to nearby amenities such as metro & bus station. Close by to Nisantasi rumelli street shopping district. Excellent customer service from the front desk, especially Murat, such a wonderful host who gave a 5 star experience at 3 star hotel

the staff were like google map. they knew every good location around the city and would guide you thoroughly about how you can reach every destination. The rooms were clean and so was the breakfast area. I really appreciated the staff and their offer to help us whenever they could.
